I started Hyper Roofing back in 2009 after spending years working for other roofing firms around Nottinghamshire. I'd seen too many customers get let down , cowboys who'd take a deposit and disappear, bodge jobs that failed within a year, quotes that ballooned the moment the scaffolding went up.

I wanted to do it differently. My first customer was a lady in Kirkby-in-Ashfield who'd had three roofers let her down. I turned up on time, fixed the problem properly, and left the garden cleaner than I found it. She's recommended me to her neighbours every year since.

That's still how I work today. Most of my jobs come through recommendations. I'm not the cheapest. I don't try to be , but when I leave a job, it's done right. That's worth something.
