I started Hyper Construction in 2004 after a decade working for other firms across Sheffield & South Yorkshire. I'd seen firsthand how builders gave quotes, won jobs, and then found reasons to increase the price once they were in. I wanted to build a company that didn't do that.

The model is simple: I look at the job properly, price it properly, and deliver it for that price. If something unexpected comes up , and in construction, it sometimes does , we talk about it before anything changes. No surprises on the final invoice.

Twenty years in, most of my work still comes from previous clients and their referrals. That's the only metric I care about.

Honesty

If a job is outside my expertise, I'll tell you. If a quote is going to be higher than you expected, you'll know before I start , not when the invoice arrives.

Precision

I don't do "near enough". Construction done to a sloppy standard costs more to fix than it would have to do right first time. Every stage gets inspected before the next one starts.

Reliability

I turn up on the date agreed. The team turns up. If something changes, you hear from me first , not when you arrive on site to an empty plot.

Qualified, Insured & Approved

Full public liability insurance on every contract. CITB trained workforce. All work carried out to current building regulations with appropriate certifications on completion.
